Trisha started working on small business books at 16 with paper bank statements and a yellow highlighter. Since then she's done international accounting for two Fortune 500 companies. She's also worked in real estate, property management, mortgage lending and floor plan financing. Different sizes. Same lesson. Clean books lead to better decisions. That's why she built On Par. So small business owners can stop doing it all and actually understand their numbers.
Carrie
Carrie manages our bookkeeping team. She comes from corporate accounting where she closed the books every month and worked on the systems behind them. She knows what clean books look like and how to keep them that way. Before that she managed a busy team of her own. Ask her about coffee. She believes the best conversations start with a cup.

Kathy keeps our clients' books current month to month. She's been a teacher and a vet tech. She also started and ran her own preschool. She knows firsthand what it's like to own a small business and juggle a lot at once. That teacher's patience shows up with clients too. No question is too small. When she's not in the books, she's wrangling her grandkids.
