Why I started On Par
I kept seeing the same thing. Good businesses struggling. Not because the owners were bad at what they did. Most of them were really good at it. They were just trying to do EVERYTHING themselves, and the books were the first thing to fall behind.
So the books got rushed at the end of the month, or pushed off until tax time. Either way, the numbers got done, but nobody was actually reading them. And those numbers have a lot to say. Which jobs are making money. Where the cash is going. What's coming up next.

That's why I started On Par. My job is to keep your books current, then sit down with you and talk through what they're telling you, in plain English. I'll lay out the options and what I've seen happen, and you make the call. Your business, your books, your money.

It started on a golf course
My husband and I had our first date on a golf course. When it came time to name my business, On Par just felt right.
It still fits. In golf, par is right where you should be. That's exactly where I want your books to be, every single month.
When I'm not in the books, you'll find me at home with my husband and our dogs, or off on an adventure somewhere. Four wheeling in St. Croix is still a favorite. And during football season? Sundays belong to the Chiefs. We are HUGE fans.
